ABOUT STEMEIC2021

An annual virtual international conference that aims to provide a platform for policymakers, education researchers, and all other stakeholders to share insights in the field of STEM Education.

WHO:

Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST), Longhorn Publishers, Kaimosi FriendsUniversity  College) Kibabii University, Centre for Mathematics and Science and Technology Education in AFRICA (CEMASTEA), East Africa Education Publishers (EAEP) have partnered with Diversity Education Institute  Africa (DEI) to champion STEM Education in Africa during and post COVID19.

WHY:                        

To create a 21st Century STEM Workforce which is a prerequisite for industrialization and sustainable development.

HOW:

Carrying out education research and research-based intervention projects to promote STEM Education, Student Motivation for STEM Education, Gender Parity in STEM Education, Reading Culture, and provision of related Curriculum Support Materials.
